I love this post about snakes! We were camping at a spot with a lot of rattlesnakes and some folks a few campsites over found one under their van and killed it-they skinned it and ate it, but kept the heart separate and showed the kids how the heart continued beating for hours after it was removed from the snake’s body. Incredible stuff.
