I finished my first round of chemotherapy! It’s was about 100 mg less then the next five doses. One down and five to go.
What else? I’ve been knitting a lot. I do my physical therapy at least once a day. I walk with someone else and the dog daily. Watching bad tv when I don’t feel like anything else, usually in the afternoon.
Here we are on the beautiful river. My brother visited at the end of December and it was so nice to see him.
Can you see David’s, Benton’s, and Asa’s matching hats - they are all from a cafe in Roanoke, VA where David spent a lot of time when I was in the hospital the first time (it feels so long ago) December and January of 2019 and 2020.
Below I drew! I am taking a belated watercolor class and the first session is on using one color. These use a black ink brush as the background. Once it dries I added the color.
& some beautiful music, Sinead O’Connor with “Nothing Compares 2 U”
& Prince with a cover of Joni Mitchell, “A Case of U”
Love all a y’all
